After a couple of referrals, I finally made contact with Mr. Stephan Karr. This was concerning a Workers Compensation situation. My claim had been denied, and I had very little knowledge into the workings and processes of WC. Mr. Karr was very straight-forward (a characteristic I truly appreciate!) a...nd very informative with the information he shared about WC claims. Mr. Karr walked me through the entire process, explaining each step of the way what I should expect. Mr. Karr wanted me to make an informed decision about the process. He was very patient when I did not understand. His knowledge about the handling of a Workers Comp claim, including his knowledge of the most current changes to the TN laws effecting Workers Comp, gave me the opportunity to understand the process and decide what plan of action was best for me. Mr. Karr provided multiple options and was free to discuss the possible outcomes of the options. Mr. Karr maintained a professional relationship with me throughout the entire process, but also remained cordial and engaged. I would highly recommend Stephan Karr for any issues, but especially for Workers Compensation questions and claims. His knowledge base is superior. Thanks, again, Mr. Karr.
