Low Level Settlement Attorney
Scott is a low level settlement attorney and sorry excuse for a veteran. He takes pleasure in representing clients who do not provide what is contractually expected, and uses his partnered firm as a backer. I wish I could upload the pictures of what HOA's he represents and their work. Avoid this scum...

Extremely helpful

No Heart
We had documentation that we never received and this attorney came after us out of nowhere. We had no problems before this and he could of checked our history to see that but he did not. He was completely unprofessional in his manner as well, avoid this guy and his firm at all costs.
Both myself and my firm strive to maintain the highest level of professionalism, expertise and courtesy. One of the services which I perform for community associations is the collection of unpaid assessments. Debtors in collections cases are typically not happy about the circumstances in which they find themselves. Judging from the tone of the author of the post, it would not be surprising that he or she was involved in a collection matter with my office. Both myself and my staff extend all courtesies to debtors when working with them to satisfy their accounts. That is not to say however, that some debtors become agitated, and at times embarrassed at their circumstances, and as a result, they do not extend the same level of courtesy to me or my staff that we extend to them. A good collections attorney is able to show empathy toward debtors while at the same time remaining resolute and firm in his role of collecting unpaid debts for his clients. It would be very surprising if the author of the post indeed, never had previous problems and that collection efforts came "out of nowhere."
