Excellence

Marlene Moses provided excellence in her representation of me in my legal matter. She was always up-front and direct with her advice/counsel with everything from financial expectations, realistically proposed outcomes, knowledge (which is obviously extense), and was even attentive to my sensitive emo...tional state. Moses is assertive, yet kind. She made me feel as if I "mattered" personally to her; that I was not "just another case." Moses settled my case to my satisfaction - which is probably a rare statement by anyone receiving legal representation these days! I feel that she is the definition of legal expertise in Family and Divorce legal matters. I also add that I was very impressed by her entire staff/team.

Highly recommend

I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Moses on my lengthy and tumultuous divorce case. It was painful and highly stressful but she was there every step of the way. She guided me through it, never pressured me, waited for my approval and explained matters and procedures. I feel certain that had I no...t had her on my side my case would have dragged out even longer. She was my advocate. She handled herself with class in spite of opposing counsel's mud slinging tactics. I am so thankful I chose her to represent me. With each tactical maneuver of opposing counsel, I felt as though she was one step ahead. I am thrilled with my settlement. And I know I owe a large part to Mrs. Moses and the MTR team.

Excellent Job - Well Worth legal help

Marlene Moses did an excellent job. Unfortunately, if you are needing her assistance, you may be going through a rough situation. However, regardless of your circumstances, you can not afford to use anything but the very best legal care. Marlene provided that for me, and I would highly recommend ...her and her team. When you are all done, you will always be glad you used the very best in TN.

Professional and caring..

Marlene and her staff helped me through a very difficult divorce. Throughout the process there was no doubt that I was receiving excellent counsel. At each milestone through the process I felt that they were very prepared and thoroughly answered any of my concerns. Although I met them during a tou...gh time in my life, I felt as though they treated me as family and guided me through the process. I have highly recommended her to others and will continue to do so.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
