JUSTIN WALKER IS THE BEST CHOICE YOU WILL MAKE

I want to start off by saying that I’m not the type of person to leave reviews (positive or negative), but in this case I feel compelled to. After going through the process of vetting multiple firms/attorneys in the area, I ended up hiring Justin Walker as representation in my divorce case. I can... say with 110% confidence that it was the best decision I could have made for multiple reasons (If you are considering who you’d like to represent you in your divorce case, please read this!). If your experience when starting the divorce process is anything like mine you might feel anxious, sad, fearful of the future, uncertain about the legal process, and have a general feeling of discomfort towards everything involved with the divorce. Mr. Walker not only guided me through the legal process but helped clear the additional emotions/concerns that came alongside it. I could spend a ton of time going through examples, but all I will say is Justin will listen to everything you have to say and then help quiet all the noise that might be circling around you. From a knowledge standpoint I can’t imagine someone who has a deeper, clearer understanding of the laws than Justin. When I say that he can answer any question you have by reciting sections/subsections of the law and then give you an overview of how that pertains to your exact situation, I truly mean it. Justin made himself available to me whenever I needed, whether it was a question I had or if I needed to talk through something with him. Again, if your situation matches my own, you’re probably looking for someone who will be accessible to you (even if it’s something that doesn’t seem like a high priority) and Mr. Walker has proved that he will be. To wrap this up I just want to say that going through a divorce is a very scary thing and that’s normal. There are many uncertainties and whole lot of emotions. If you are looking for someone to represent you that truly cares about your feelings, knows the process and the laws as well as anyone you’re going to talk to, and will go the extra mile to make you feel like a real person instead of a “case”, then Justin Walker is your guy. I promise you, if you choose to have Justin Walker represent you, it'll be a decision that you look back on years from now and feel extremely happy that you made!

Thumbs up

Justin took on my case on very short notice. I was concerned that he would not be ready or acclimated with my case on short notice. But he came prepared, dressed to impress down to the socks. Literally. The outcome was favorable. He was meticulous and thorough. I would refer to friends and family.

Justin Walker is a failure as an attorney.

I hired Mr. Walker for a child custody case. I told him I wanted him to have my case delayed for 1 yr until the child turned 12. He wouldn't return my calls. I did all the work on the case. The 1st thing he did was ask what the other side wanted & gave them exactly what they wanted. The child, his ...counselors, myself, and the judge disagreed, there for it wasn't signed. I didn't use Mr. Walker again ( I fired him) and received most of my money back. One yr later ( July 12) my case was dismissed & I have custody of my 12 yr old who will never be bullied by his mom & her husband again. I would never ever hire Mr. Walker. Horrible experience. He was with Potter, Baker & Foster law firm at the time.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
