I hired this attorney to help me with my custody and legal issues with my ex and I paid more than 5k and got nothing resolved.....been trying to contact him the past 5 months with no avail....received no explanation at the end of trial and did not receive any court documents that he said he would sen...d to me after the judgement was ordered. Waist of time and money. Next step is to report him to the bar association for negligence.

I hired Mr. Walker for a child custody case. I told him I wanted him to have my case delayed for 1 yr until the child turned 12. He wouldn't return my calls. I did all the work on the case. The 1st thing he did was ask what the other side wanted & gave them exactly what they wanted. The child, his ...counselors, myself, and the judge disagreed, there for it wasn't signed. I didn't use Mr. Walker again ( I fired him) and received most of my money back. One yr later ( July 12) my case was dismissed & I have custody of my 12 yr old who will never be bullied by his mom & her husband again. I would never ever hire Mr. Walker. Horrible experience. He was with Potter, Baker & Foster law firm at the time.
