Joseph Robinson

Joseph founded Robinson Immigration Law to make immigrating to the United States as simple as possible. He has experienced the U.S. immigration system first hand, helping his wife immigrate from Portugal and become a U.S. citizen. He lived and studied abroad on a student visa in Germany and is in the process of obtaining Portuguese citizenship, so he understands the promises and difficulties of navigating complex immigration laws.

Graduating first in his class from the University of Tennessee College of Law, he has been inducted into the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barristers. His experience includes serving as an extern for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, as well as representing individuals, entrepreneurs, and national businesses in complex commercial litigation. With a Bachelor’s in Geography and a Master’s in German, along with a scholarship to study at the University of Stuttgart in Germany, Joseph brings a global perspective to immigration law.
