Grant Charles Glassford

Grant Glassford represented me in a complex and emotional case regarding custody and the safety of a minor child. We worked together for almost 2 years. Grant Is an amazing attorney. He knows the law well. He has been a God-send to me and my family. He took on my case in the middle of litigation due to a conflict of interest from my previous counsel. He was with me fighting through a 5 day trial and onto the court of appeals. He fought for me as if I... was family. At trial, he worked hard to bring out the truth. He truly wants what is best for you and your children. You can trust him and his approach. He is experienced and works diligently and is patient and professional in his work. He has a calm, patient, and professional presence whether you meet with him in his office, on the phone, or as he represents you in court. You will not go wrong with Grant. He is an incredible, intelligent, diligent, dependable and trustworthy attorney.

It has been several years since my divorce was final. I thought long and hard about writing MY review of my experience with Mr. Glassford. I still today (2018) have such a bad taste in my mouth from my experience. It had to be the worst representation I have had with an ill prepared Attorney. He ...seemed to only work on my file when I called or when I met with him in person. Like other reviews in the past, he seemed to have personal issues that diverted his attention on his clients. He was pushing for a quick settlement with the case and couldn't give me a straight answer on expected settlement options - Other than "your wife hired Rose Palermo" and I can't help that? What does that mean?? This is his field! I couldn't even get a ball park on how much alimony I would have to pay...........Yet, after ending my relationship with Grant and changing attorney's, the new attorney pulled supreme court ruling cases of the past to answer ALL of my questions within 5 mins of our 1st meeting. And the outcome came within alignment. The thing that bothered me the most was the wife's responses to our interrogatories was so vague that it answered nothing. And, Grant didn't question or even go back for more discovery. Yet, it took me 3 months to answer the same 66 page questionnaire through Grant's help (in person of course) which appears to be too much time and information provided to the opposing defense. When hiring an attorney, one would hope that you would be able to answer questionnaires the same way Rose Palermo responded for my ex wife's interrogatories. One sentence or two word replies - It took three days crafting answers with Grant almost like a thesis for grad school- If you need someone to process legal filings and settle the case at all costs to you, then he is the attorney for you. Otherwise, save your money and hire a $50 prepaid service and achieve the same end results and expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Grant Glassford.

I hired Grant to handle my divorce case. He provided excellent legal and practical advice that in regards to my rights as a parent and division of the assets.
