Unless you are in the mood to waste money, do not use this man as your attorney. He was supposed to help me with my divorce from my husband. He spoke highly of his experience and told me it would be a simple divorce and it could quickly be done. Since it seemed like it would be simple since my husban...d and I had already agreed upon almost everything, I hired him. We could have just done it on our own!! This man is a joke! He is unorganized, he never returns phone calls, and when you try to go down to his office (because he hasn't returned a single phone call) he is never around!

I found the attorney's Ad on Craig's list, he has low fees. The seems nice at first, but the man is not reliable. He works alone with no office staff which is a red flag and he keeps his office doors locked unless he knows you going to meet him. I paid him initial fees for him to work on a chapter 7 ...bankruptcy for me. The man started the work but did not complete it. He came up with many stories, didn't return my calls, and finally stopped working on my case. I never got a refund for money I paid him, and he just disappeared. It seems he may not be well established and uses client money. Very unfortunate but I feel scammed by this attorney.
