Unless you are in the mood to waste money, do not use this man as your attorney. He was supposed to help me with my divorce from my husband. He spoke highly of his experience and told me it would be a simple divorce and it could quickly be done. Since it seemed like it would be simple since my husban...d and I had already agreed upon almost everything, I hired him. We could have just done it on our own!! This man is a joke! He is unorganized, he never returns phone calls, and when you try to go down to his office (because he hasn't returned a single phone call) he is never around!

My ex-husband and I had everything agreed upon and just needed a lawyer to walk us through the paperwork and make sure we had everything covered. The price was reasonable I love the fact you didn't have to pay it all at once. Mr. Mott did everything that he said he would. A few phone calls, some pape...rwork, and I was ready to finalize after the waiting period.
