Elizabeth A. Alexander did not represent my best interests when she took my civil case from April, 2021 to September, 2022. (1) She did not communicate with her client before responding to a settlement offer;(2) Her bill is extremely overblown, for example: (a) she charged one hour for a 21-minutes p...hone conversation plus a 16-word email.(b) She charged 15 Hours (around $5,550) for a five-page statement which about 80% content already paid in previous bill. She charged almost FIVE(5) dollar for every single word. When I questioned the bills, she said she stands by her fees. (3)She misled me to a costly mediation and I had to enter undesirable settlement. She did not fight for me during mediation or represented my best interest. (4)She did not send me an important court document that she sworn under oath to be served. Everybody deserves an honest attorney. I felt so robbed by Elizabeth A. Alexander.
