Dianne Marie Schwartz

Dianne M. Schwartz, a member of Brewer, Krause, Brooks, Chastain & Burrow, PLLC, has over twenty years of trial experience. Since beginning her practice with the firm in 1999, she has concentrated in the areas of general civil litigation with emphasis in the areas of automobile liability, uninsured motorist, products liability, premises liability, first party coverage disputes, and professional liability. Ms. Schwartz began her litigation career in Fort Myers, Florida where she practiced for 7 years. In 1999, Ms. Schwartz returned to her hometown of Nashville, Tennessee.

Over her twenty years of practice, Ms. Schwartz has achieved successful results through defense jury verdicts, directed verdicts, summary judgments, and through court mediation and arbitration.

In addition to Tennessee and Florida, Ms. Schwartz is admitted to practice in the U.S. Eastern and Middle District Courts for Tennessee and the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Schwartz graduated from St. Cecilia High School in 1984. Thereafter, she earned her Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in 1988 where she graduated cum laude. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate degree, summa cum laude, from Nova University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 1992 where she served on the Nova Law Review. When Ms. Schwartz is not working she enjoys playing with her dog, swimming and biking.
