Austin Lenoy McMullen

Austin focuses on commercial litigation and is certified as a Creditors' Rights Specialist by the American Board of Certification. He is admitted in all state and federal courts in Tennessee and regularly represents clients in disputes across the nation.

Austin represents clients in bankruptcies, workouts and collection actions. He is certified as a Creditors' Rights Specialist by the American Board of Certification. He has detailed knowledge and experience of how the law works in the banking and financial services industry.

Austin is the former Mayor, Vice-Mayor and Commissioner of the City of Oak Hill, Tennessee. He serves as the Vice-Chair of the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. He regularly represents clients in matters involving governmental relations, including professional licensing, zoning, alcoholic beverage permitting and other issues involving the executive or legislative branches of government or administrative or municipal agencies.
