Rosalia Fiorello

Rosalia  joined Wimberly Lawson Wright Daves & Jones in May of 2018, and works out of the firm's Nashville office. Prior to joining Wimberly Lawson, Rosalia was an associate at a local firm practicing insurance defense, with an emphasis in workers’ compensation and subrogation. She was born and raised in Elverson, Pennsylvania but moved to Philadelphia in 2008 to attend Temple University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2011. Rosalia attended the Appalachian School of Law and served as a Student Bar Senator and an Editor on the Appalachian Journal of Law. She graduated cum laude in 2015. While in law school, Rosalia received the top grades in her class for Appellate Advocacy and Pre-Trial Practice. She also received the Willard J. Owen Award for performing over 200+ hours of community service throughout her law school career. Rosalia was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2015 and primarily practices insurance defense, with an emphasis in workers’ compensation and employment law defense. She received the Avvo Client's Choice Award 2018, and is currently a member of the Tennessee Bar Association. Rosalia lives in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, with her husband Chris - a local plaintiff's attorney - and their two dogs, Norm and Winnie. She enjoys sewing, cooking, Philadelphia sports, and is a certified vinyasa and hot yoga instructor.
