I contacted Chris Eads after making over 150 Phone Calls and being turned down by Attorney after Attorney and Law Firm after Law Firm that, although they conveniently popped up in a Google Search for the type of case I specifically searched for, they just wouldn't take the chance. The only other Att...orney wanted $275 just for a Consultation and wouldn't even give me an idea of what they charged. Chris Eads also realized the difficulty of the case and, at first, declined to take it. I opened up and shared with him all that I'd been through, my financial condition, and what it would mean to me and my family if he would reconsider. Chris has a heart of Compassion. However, I was blown away with how generous Chris was with his time. He took the time to read every Email and every document I sent him. He must have called me at least twice before the Court Date and talked with me as long as it took. That's not including our original conversation when Chris talked with me for nearly an hour. Chris did not charge me for the extra time. Although he was charging me a minimal fee he was just as thorough as he needed to be and took no short cuts! He gave his very best and put so much time into the case that I actually wondered "Am I going to be charged for all this time?" But, No! At the end of the day Chris Eads Brilliantly Advised me and diagnosed all the possibilities like a Surgeon. His instincts are almost clairvoyant. He really has a sense for what will work and what will not. He is very 'to the point' with you and tells you like it is. He will not hesitate to tell you the Truth. He is refreshingly blunt. However, he cares. He really cares. And you feel it and know he cares. He regards and respects you as a person. He is very sensitive to what you have to say. He does not talk over you! He is a Great Listener! He not only listens. He repeats what you said back to you categorically so you know that he has heard you. He is a Master Communicator. On the day of the proceedings we had a lot of obstacles. The Government Agency we were up against tried to limit our time and didn't really give us a chance to get started for 30 minutes. I felt like the Judge was giving an intentional filibuster. The Judge even interrupted Chris and asked me to speak probably hoping I would trip over my own tongue. But Chris really handled himself with so much poise! He was there for me to interject and redirect and keep me from going in the wrong direction. He masterfully questioned my 3 Witnesses to the point that the Case was absolutely proved. Even though the Judge tried to limit our time, Chris stood his ground and made sure that all the necessary questions were asked and even shut up the Judge at a certain point by citing a specific case that clearly showed how the Judge should really be behaving and regarding me the Plaintiff in the Specific Situation we were in. At the end of the day the Case was absolutely proved without a shadow of a doubt. The Judge had no alternative but to rule in my Favor. And although Chris was very humble and cautious heading into the outcome - - - WE WON!!!!! WE ABSOLUTELY WON!!!!! And this meant a lot of Deserved Financial Compensation to me and my Family although the Government Agency had attempted to shirk their duty and operate like an Insurance Company that just doesn't want to pay and hopes you'll eventually just give up because they make the process so exhausting!!!! But WE WON!!!!! And Chris was a Big Part of that. I'll close by saying that Chris is a Man of Faith and Character. So expect God to show up every time!
