HORRIBLE - SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PRACTIVE LAW

I wish I could give a negative star rating. This is the worst divorce attorney I have ever seen. My fiancé used Robert for his divorce and is now paying for Robert's legal ignorance and is unable to fight much because Robert's office did not care enough to make sure that my fiancé was given the legal... advise and attention needed. because of this office's inability to properly take care of their clients, my fiancé and I are stuck still dealing with his ex-wife and everything she able to get away with because Robert was not thorough or professional. We are unable to start our new life together and are having to pay for hers. I will also be presenting all our information to the Bar as malpractice. This office is a disgrace to the family law and should not be licensed.

Horrible Service

Mr. Turner and his partner Mr. Johnson failed to properly file my bankruptcy and complete it with a discharge, twice. I had to hire a new attorney to fix their mistakes. On top of it, they would never apologize or admit any error on their part. Two forms that must come from the attorney were never fi...led to finalize my bankruptcy after 5 years of diligent payments and debtor education courses taken. Horrible, horrible. Do not give money to this man or his team.

Poor Service

They are not competent make promises with no results charge fees without giving service. The attorneys are inexperienced do not listen and seem to not care that they are making a mockery out of this case. I hired them for modification of child support and divorce. The attorney seems to have forgot...ten what I hired them for there are no results. Suggestion waste of time effort and money. I am suffering from this since my-ex wants a dirty fight and Turner Law is not helping while the kids are suffering and I wait after making timely payment totaling 2500.00.

ATTORNEY ROB TURNER=EPIC FAILURE !!! DO NOT HIRE !

Rob Turner literally botched everything during my simple child support modification case. His office couldn't even get my address right to send important notifications about my case. After paying him 1500 dollars and basically never hearing from him again, I called his office to see if anything had b...een started on my case. I was routinely informed by the receptionist(even when asking the most basic question) that " Mr. Turner does not practice law by phone". So...even if you have a simple yes or no type question, you must schedule an appointment, sit in his packed office all afternoon(he was late by 1-2 hrs for each appointment) then get billed hundreds of dollars in erroneous charges.

Looking For A Lawyer

Rob Turner's office is made up him and 4 junior lawyers. I hired his office for a Divorce back in April of 2012. It took the office til June 2012 to serve my wife. Now in all fairness she did not want to get divorced and she was the one cheating, so she would not expect the papers. They never kept me... informed on what was going on with the papers being sent outI didn't know. Every timed I called to see what was going on, I would be placed on hold, for a long time, then after waiting they said they would call me back tommorrow and they would not. Even when I made appointments they wouldn't have time for me. So when I finally got a Mediation date in March 2013, they sent me with a guy named Brad Frakes. Of course we could not settle in mediation. When I had to fill out my Income & Expense Statement this guy Brad told me to put my post 9/11 G.I. Bill money , even though it is for education, and the gross amount that I get from a rental unit, it should have been the net after I pay the mortagage and property manager. So when I went to a hearing on May17, 2013 hearing about lite support payment this guy Brad didn't say anything for my defense, he let her Lawyer paint me as an ***hole and I had to pay a "Good Faith Payment" of $500.00,until we could show that she was working, which was gonna be in 2 weeks. I had a P.I. 's report on her that she was working and was living with another man. He sent out subponea's for the boyfriend and my P.I. for the next hearing when I asked him not to. Long story short the judge did not call any of my witnesses and my wife quit her job when the boyfriend got the subponea and moved back home with her mom, and I got stuck with a lite support payment and her attorney's fee's, that I can't afford on top of my attorney's fee's. And no date for a trial. Then Brad leaves the office and they give me a lawyer that has four years experience none of it with Divorces. At that point I hired a new lawyer, because I got tired of my lawyer working against me. In my opinion if you are a man and you are going through a divorce and don't get Rob Turner himself DON'T go to his office for a Divorce. Shop around pay the money for a GOOD Lawyer, in the end you'll be better off. Don't get Brad Frakes he SUCKS and he will not listen to you! My point is this office is a business and they didn't seam to care about me, and my situation.
