Biography
Marc J. Adesso's work experience includes handling billion-dollar mergers at an AmLaw 100 firm, taking companies public while working at a Wall Street law firm, launching start-ups later acquired by publicly-traded companies, serving as outside general counsel of a number of international companies and as a corporate attorney at one of Wisconsin’s ten largest law firms. Marc has been named a Leading Lawyer in the area of Business Law by M Magazine, and a Rising Star by SuperLawyers (published annually by Milwaukee Magazine).
Marc holds his JD from Marquette University, his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, his MA from New York University and his BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
