Joseph Timothy Zanger

Joe apparently lied to me that he was doing a Motion for Summary Judgement , I called every couple weeks he would say " almost done". Then after about a month I said " show me" and he refused. Then he tells me they can't do one because there has to be Discovery first. Then he starts Discovery with ...a joke of an interrogatory with no substance. Bills me $1,000 for " research" during the time he said he was doing the Motion and still won't give it to me. Bills me $1600 for a next to worthless Discovery. Creatively bills away the rest of my $5,000 retainer. He set me back 4 months and $5,000 and I have little of real value and have to pretty much start over. I am filing a complaint with the state Board against him but if lawyers were afraid of them really doing anything they wouldn't be Zanging clients.
