Carla Ann Kent Ford

I have been so happy with Carla. She has helped me on several occasions and has always been more than helpful. I agree that she is not always the best at returning phone calls but she has always been friendly and cordial. She worked hard for us on everything she had to do for us. I will use her again... if I need her.

I HAVE HIRED Carla FOR CASES WITH MY CHILDREN, BOTH CIVIL AND CRIMINAL AND SHE WAS AMAZING!!! SHE DID EVERYTHING SHE SAID SHE WOULD DO AND EVEN MORE. SHE WAS HONEST WITH WHAT TO EXPECT, AND WHAT WAS THE NEXT STEP IN THE PROCESS. HER HUSBAND WAS SUPER NICE, AND HELPFUL. I WILL ONLY GO TO HER FOR... ANY AND ALL LEGAL MATTERS

She is the most incompetent lawyer I have ever worked with concerning child support and custody matters. It took her 6 months to file the agreed order with the courts and then filed it wrong on all accounts. During this time I was having to pay expenses that were not In the agreed order which ultim...ately cost me 3500 dollars. Then to top it all, she refused to correct the order. It took an entire year and more court to correct her mess. I am not sure how she even has a license to practice law. There are good lawyers in Rutherford co, get one of them but forget this incompetent scatter brain imposture.

she is not a good lawyer at all. i hired her to represent me and not only did she not return any phone calls but she did not even represent me fair at all. how she is a lawyer is beyond me. due to her lack of representation i lost my case. i would not hire her if she was the only lawyer around. i wou...ld have been better off keeping my 3,000$ and represented myseld. do not waste your money on her!!

Carla Ford was the worst attorney I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I am surprised she still has a license to practice law. At very least she should be ashamed of how she treats the people in trusting their lives to her services. Carla did not show up to court and not only did she n...ot call me; she did not let her receptionist know where she was at either. Carla never returned an email and was next to impossible to get her on the phone. Carla also suggested multiple solutions in my particular case however; she followed through with none of them. Her assistant (also her husband) is rude and unknowledgeable. Just because he can answer the phone does not mean he should. I would recommend a public defender before I would Carla. Do not be fooled by the price or her willingness to work with you. You get what you pay for with Carla. Not to mention, if you make bi-weekly payments her husband thinks you are shorting her because apparently he cannot add. I later found out that personal problems with her "multiple" children and heath problem with her husband is the reason she is such a terrible lawyer; I am ok with that but, do not treat your clients that pay your salary like trash. Carla, you work for us in case you forgot. Thank God I dumped Carla before she allowed me to get locked up for the second time due to her negligence.
