Excellent Attorney

I was involved in a car accident, which caused me to lose my job due to permanent injuries. It has been a difficult time for me and my family. When Mr. Santel took my case, he explained the whole process and expectations very clearly. Mr. Santel would check in with me to see how I was and how my medi...cal treatments were going. Mr. Santel would always keep me informed on the progress of my case and made sure I had copies of everything. I always had complete faith in him and trusted that he would be able to get this case settled. Mr. Santel and his team are truly the most professional group in Murfreesboro. I have the upmost respect and appreciation for Mr. Santel and his team.

A+ Representation

Attorney Santel represented me for felony B charges over the previous 8 years. He successfully assisted me with downgrading my charges, dropping some charges, and avoiding what was supposed to be a mandatory prison sentence for my offense. During the time that he represented me, he was very professi...onal, attentive, and responsive to my case needs in a very timely and efficient manner. He was able to network and negotiate with law enforcement officers, the State of Tennessee Probation Office, and the Prosecuting Attorney to improve my legal circumstances. I can recommend Attorney Santel as a legal advocate who can successfully negotiate and positively manipulate evidence and laws to the clients advantage. He is knowledgeable in TN state criminal statutes which helps to ensure that his clients receive the best possible outcome and fairness with a case outcome, despite opposing councils opposition. I would not hesitate to recommend him for representation before the court.

You can trust Thomas Santel to represent you in court!

After a few bad experiences with attorneys here in Murfreesboro, I was thankful and impressive to meet Thomas Santel. His responding time to his client was always within 15-45mins. There were several other great characteristics about him. He is honest with his fees and doesn't change after he accepts... your case. Once the fee is set it doesn't matter how many times you call him nor how many times your case gets reset from the court. Unlike some attorneys that I've had to deal with in the pass, it was a nightmare. Thomas is knowledgeable with the current changes with the law. He will go the extra mile to get it done, he even response to your call on the weekend. I would HIGHLY recommending using Thomas Santel to be your attorney, he will take care of you!!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
