Divorce

I hired him because a friend did well with him. He is tough. I followed his instructions. Followed his advice. VICTORY is mine!

Claim to be something he isn't

I hired Smith on a promise that he would be fast and could things done that needed to be done to settle and get me what I asked for. After giving him lots of money it took 10 months to get in front of a judge and then it was brought to my attention that he just then said he was representing me and ev...en then was was a no show. He had 30 days to file a answer and still a no show. That went on for 6 months and it was 9 months before I could see my family. I will never recommend him, its lawyers like him that gives what ones that are good a bad name

Absolutely worthless. Do not waste your money.

Never get to talk to him. His wife always handles his business and always gives legal advice even though I believe this is illegal. My divorce took forever and he took every dime I had. He avoided going to court every opportunity. He gave me terrible legal advice and so did his wife who claims to be ...a paralegal, but gives me contradicting "legal advice" every time I talk to her. I plan on filing a complaint with the bar association. He should not be practicing law.
