I would never hire this lawyer to defend me again. First time in court he had a conflict and I had to go by myself to get put down by the judge for his absents. Second time he was there but nothing happened. The third time all he wanted to do was plead the case down instead of standing up for me in f...ront of a judge. Not a very good lawyer for what I had to pay him. Be very careful hiring him. He is never on time. He never explained his strategic for my defense.

After being falsely accused and arrested for a DUI 2nd, I felt like no one was going to believe me. Before I hired David, I went into my old attorneys office and told her what happened front to back.
