I have been practicing law since 2007 and practice primarily in the areas of probate and estates, creditors' rights, commercial landlord-tenant law, small business law, and real estate law. I spent the first 12 years of my career as an attorney with the respected Wilson County firm of Lee & Lee Attorneys and in 2020 became a partner of Mount Juliet Legal, PLLC.
During law school I worked as a real property title searcher and recieved an irreplacable hands-on education in the areas of real property and title law which I still put to use today. I received an undergraduate degree in public relations from Middle Tennessee State University and my J.D. from Nashville School of Law.
I am originally from Mount Juliet, Tennessee and am a 1996 graduate of Mount Juliet High School. My wife, Stephanie (who is also an attorney), and I currently live in Mount Juliet with our son who is an avid fisherman and golfer.
I am a past president of the Bar Association of the 15th Judicial District of Tennessee, a member of the board of directors for the Wilson County Fair, a member of the Mount Juilet Breakfast Rotary Club, and a 2019 graduate of Leadership Wilson.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I worked with Kyle for several years and am quite familiar with his work ethic and professionalism. Kyle works hard to represent his clients with excellence, and his clients enjoy dealing with him. Kyle can be trusted to handle any legal matter he undertakes.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I worked with Kyle in a difficult real estate matter with many parties, and I found him to be a tough, professional advocate for his clients. I was impressed with his ability to successfully secure a very good result for his client in a complicated matter against tough competition. If Kyle takes your case, you'll be lucky to have him.
