I truly wish I'd contacted Mr. Whitaker sooner! Due to my circumstances he was appointed to me by the courts and I'm so very thankful he was in the court room that day. He was incredibly diligent on my case and took the time to get all of the details and facts (he did the "detective" work and asked q...uestions). I wish I'd have had him for my divorce! His knowledge base of divorce and child custody is profound! While our case is still " pending " he updates me regularly and answers all of my emails and phone calls quickly. When there were times that I had questions or didn't understand something he didn't hesitate to answer and explain the circumstances to me; let's face it, not everyone is familiar with legal jargon so he explains it in "laymens terms" without making the individual feel uneducated. When you speak to him it's as if your talking to an old friend, I never felt "intimidated" like I did with my previous attorney. I couldn't recommend a better attorney! Its obvious that his firm cares for your wants and needs while concentrating on what's best for you and your family.
