Biography
I have always had a passion for the law; more specifically ensuring that individuals charged with criminal offense(s) are not deprived of their right to due process of law.
I was born and raised in middle Tennessee and I am now raising my family here. I am a graduate of Tennessee Technological University and Nashville School of Law. I have worked in high-profile law firms, specializing in criminal defense and domestic matters for the last six years. My partner and I opened our own practice, The Law Office of Whitaker and Gray, LLC in April of 2015.

Anything negative about Tyler is a lie
Anyone saying anything negative about Tyler is a lier ,my first experience with an attorney and he is the best!!! My best friend recommended Tyler best decision ever.tyler went to court and made my ex husband attorney look like just maybe he should ask for his money back ijs

Terrible Lawyer
Tyler will tell you anything to get your money he represented me for 8 months and did nothing but took my money. Lazy & has no confidence I would not recommend anyone to waste their time or money!!

Tyler Whitaker is a weak, lazy attorney. He had an easy case to win for me, but he laid down and did nothing. He will not work hard to defend you. His line to get you to hire him is, "I golf with Judge Kane." Let me tell you, this guy works for the state. He could have easily had my case dismisssed, ...

Charges Dropped
