I first woukd like to explain that my custody case was out of the ordinary. I live in California and my ex wife and daughter lived in TN. So immediatly that makes it harder for an attorney to represent you. Amanda had absolutly no problem taking my case even with a full caseload. We had a phone cons...ultation and i knew right away that she was the one i needed.. after firing my previous attorney out of nashville torepresent me in a wilson county case... big mistake. Anyhow... after our first contact i hired Amanda. Through my entire case which lasted 3.5 yrs.. Amanda eas amazing. My case was long because of many issues regarding...we didnt know who had actual custody of my daughter.... so upon finding out my ex mother in law had custody and my ex wife lost custody... it was a huge case. Amanda took it with stride. Fighting for me like i have never seen. The amount of heart and dedication that she put into my case , im absolutley convinced is what lead to me obtaining 100% full custody and the other parties involved have summer visitation , supervised only. When it came time for court ...Amanda was on top of her game. She was extrmely articulated and very witty about the questions that she was asking. Amanda put her series of questions in order , this way she was almost telling a story with the other parties confirming what she said... which was absolutly amazing. Cross examination of me by their attorneys, yes i said attorneys. My ex mother law miss money bags. Hired 2 attorneys to fight me in court. Amanda had her work cutt out for her... upon my cross examination i will say that i kind of bombed it... i did great with Amanda questiining me... but when the other parties attorneys were asking me questions about issues ...i bombed.. it didnt look good for us. However....that didnt affect Amandas performance. She took it like a strong decisive move to hit them harder. She worked every night after court and every morning before court on this case. Our case was just us being heard. For 3 days ...started at 9am and we didnt finish each day until court closed at 4pm. Amanda put her heart and soul into this. Absolutey no amouny of money can repay her for what she put into my case. This woman took a personal view to our case and believed what she was fighting so hard for. Which is why i can honestly say, we are now friends. My entire immediate family flew to TN to go to court with me. Every person loved Amanda. She is very professiinal. She is very sweet to her clients , and she is an absolute joy to be around. She even met us all on sunday before court monday , in order to meet with us and go over questions that i had and introduce herself to us because qe had only talked on the phone and e mailed eachother for so long. Thats the type of Attorney that everyone needs. She will put you first. She will fight for you as hard as she can, and she will do the work and get to know you as a person and not just another "client". We truly believe that Amanda was put into our lives by the hand of God. A wonderful person, a mother herself, and in the 10 yrs of going through other attorneys and consultations and fighting with the opposing parties , she is and has been the best i have found in the state of TN. We love you Amanda. And we love the things that you did for us , that you DID NOT have to do. You went the extra mile and did what you know was right. You fought tooth and nail for us and like i said...NO amount of money could ever pay you back for what you gave us. Thank you so so much. Everyone reading this..... you will absolutely NOT find another lawyer in the state of TN like this woman. She will do everything in her power that she can do for you. Take my advice, hire Amanda Crowell. I will never use anyone else.

Amanda is a very intelligent attorney who knows family law quite well. My case did not end well and I believe it has a lot to do with the fact that I was not well prepared for trial. I really wish I had been advised that common sense is not use in family court. Our pretrial meeting was held in very s...hort time and she seemed rushed. I was very disappointed with my services received and felt that given her high rates I should have expected a much fervent attorney. I genuinely think that because she felt we had a strong case she didn't prioritize my case and it cost me more than just money. I would not recommend her for any complex cases.
