Man, I tell you there are lawyers and then there are LAWYERS. I was in a very dire situation with my divorce and an emotional wreck about to lose my daughter and everything I worked for. Roland not only went above and beyond what I had expected anyone to do for a simple fee. He tells you as it is, gi...ves you homework and makes sure you are straight about what is coming next. He is super knowledgeable, doesn't take any $%&^ from anyone when he knows he is right and it's worth fighting for. He almost dragged me out by my neck at one point to make sure I don't commit to anything not agreeable and not in the best interest for me. I consider Roland a close friend of mine now, since my divorce lasted forever and he was there for me all the way. He got everything I wanted for me and then some. I can whole heartedly say that if you put your trust in him, you are in the BEST hands possible. Would I recommend him to anyone ? ABSOLUTELY

When my daughter was being bullied at school I repeatedly went to the school to try to get it stopped. I was told over and over that it was her word against theirs and there was nothing they could do. My daughter ended up committing suicide due to the non stop relentless bullying that she endured. Wh...en my daughter's story made the local news and I knew that the school had done my daughter so wrong, I didn't know what to do or where to even start to hold them accountable. A reporter reached out to me and wanted to write an article about the bullying. When I talked to her she gave me Roland Mumford's contact information and said he had reached out to her and wanted to help me. When I called him he was so passionate about my situation and help me thru every step of the process. He cares about me and my family and has shed more than a few tears when hearing all the evidence in my case. I wouldn't change anything about how my case is going, and I have Roland to thank. I've been able to continue working and taking care of my kids and not worrying and stressing about my case, he takes care of everything and makes sure I fully understand the process. I would refer anyone to him first. He has resources outside his practice that has also been great in helping with my case. Roland was HIRED to represent my son . He has no current office. He has had paralegal Turn over one after another. Things have been misplaced, not scanned in, paperwork that hadn't been given to denfese discovery. Unorganized during a deposition. I have always referred people to Roland... not sure if... I can do that anymore. UnprofessionL emails he would send to opposing counsel, no capital letters, no punctuion, nothing to make it look like it was A formal letter. I finally just asked him to withdraw himself from my so s case. I wish him the best. I think he got inover his head.
