This lawyer wouldn't help a me get child support that I havn't received in four years from their deadbeat dad because I owed him 750 dollars. Knowing that after he'd help me he'd get his precious money since making over 150,000 a year isn't enough and that 750 is a Mercedes payment. Also, wouldn't ...respond until the court case was a week out so now I have to find a new lawyer on short notice.

I thought I was being represented by someone I could trust and knew would work for me. Mike did not keep me informed, failed to return my calls/emails/voicemails and then avoided me intentionally for days because he knew (from his assistant) that I was aggrevated with his lack of communication. He m...ade a simple uncontested divorce drag on and on when he knew I was on a time limit. After a motion to set on Monday he didnt even attempt to contact me until Friday afternoon. I missed his call and returned it 10 minutes later (because I was at work) and he was gone and on vacation the whole next week. I asked to set up a morning appointment when he returned and his assistant said he wasn't taking any appointments the next week in attempt to catch up. His lack of communication and cooperation actually caused my incredibly irresponsible ex and I to work together to get the process done. Not worth the money, time or frustration.

Michael Edwards is not the lawyer you need, he doesn't return phone calls or emails and when you have an appointment he is either late or reschedules. He did not prep us before court nor did he fight for us. I would tell him things that i thought was very important and he smiled and was texting on hi...s phone during court. Again not a good lawyer
