Extremely Frustrated

I retained Mr. Allman in August 2015. I personally visited his office. I then paid thousands of dollars to him and looked him in the eye and pleaded with him to please work my case. He promised me he would as he shook my hand. To date I have had approximately 3 total conversations, none of which ...I felt put forth any positive path forward. I was out of options and really needed his help in holding the company that forced me out of my job accountable. To date nothing of real value has occurred. I am disgusted, out of money, and options. I am extremely disappointed. It is hard for me to fathom why people such as Andy, who are in positions of power, would take advantage of us who are less fortunate.

Workplace Discrimation

I retained Mr. Allman's services in August 2014. I was very pleased when he decided to take my case. My case is very complicated and not many attorneys are willing to take on the State or Federal Goverment. Yes, he is very busy and communication is limited at times, yet I am confident of his skill se...t. I have been assured that he will be personally handling the depositions, and the process is flowing smoothly. His reputation proceeds itself, and his name alone carries respect in the community and among his peers. I felt totally alone before he took my case, and appreciate all his efforts up to this point.

confused

I am seeing previous reviews and this is not accurate of my case. This is ongoing so I am not giving a 5 star rating at this point. I retained Mr. Allman in Jan of 2014. I have left him and his firm work for me. Now, in saying that I was getting a little concerned and his PARALEGAL was not getting ba...ck to me etc...Paralegal that was on my case is no longer with him and things have DRASTICALLY improved. Maybe it was not Mr. Allman but the paralegal in the previous reviews that was the issue. So far, I have been very pleased. Keep you updated and hopefull be able to give the firm a 5 Star the next time.

Avoid Andy Allman

Andy took my retainer fee and began work on my case, but then abruptly stopped while still telling me he was working on it. He avoided communication so I called the courts and confirmed my statute of limitations had run out, which Andy never admitted. I reported him to the Board of Professional Respo...nsibility and they are investigating him for malpractice.

Beware of this guy

I hired Mr. Allman in 2014 regarding an EEOC claim against former employer. I paid him a retainer and submitted documents to support my claim. I also supplied him with unlimited information, statements, etc, to help him fight for me and my case. He filed the necessary paperwork but was very hard to r...each. Hardly returns my call(s), emails, etc. Has his paralegal doing the depositions (major mistake), and preparing all paperwork in response to defendant's atty, always in the 11th hour. Information submitted was poorly written. Facts were not stated correctly. I feel Andy did the bear min (based on retainer amount) handling my case. In fact, I had to google my name to see that the judge ruled in favor of the defendant. Over 30 days ago and I'm still waiting for Andy to advise me of the outcome.
