Empathetic, Knowledgeable Trusted Advisor

Jim was referred to me by a friend during a very difficult time in my life. Over the next 3 months, Jim was always just a phone call away, either answered me right away or called me back within 5 minutes. During the process, he helped me understand the laws, provided sound advice on all of my issue...s. Most importantly, he got shi7 done in a timely fashion and got it done correctly. He's not one of those lawyers interested in stringing you along, creating drama, or digging his heels in on immaterial items just to rack up legal fees - quite the contrary he always looked out for my best interest in the most rational way. But, when needed he brought out the big guns and fought for me and my rights. In addition, throughout it all he kept his humor (keeping me sane) and was very empathetic to my situation. I will use Jim going forward and would recommend him no questions asked to any of my friends who need a lawyer to look out for them. Thank you Jim!

Account Executive

I was on the receiving end of a car wreck back in 2019. Two days later I could hardly walk. I knew I was in trouble physically so I reported my work. At that point it was a worker comp situating. After several doctors appointments and physical therapy sessions I decided to do some homework for an att...orney. Jim was recommended to me by my employer’s attorney. I trust my employer to send me to the best attorney. They did. I reached out to Jim and he took my case. He told me on the front end that this case would be difficult due to the reputation of this particular insurance company. He is great at communicating and keeping me in the loop. He’s not afraid to fight in court if it would have come to that. It didn’t because Jim had gathered enough ammunition that they knew they had to settle. I highly recommend Jim. He’s a great person, attorney and friend.

Small Auto Injury Claim

Jim discussed the facts of my claim. He was realistic on the settlement amount of a small injury claim. He informed me of the cost and steps on what to expect if I had to file suit. He reviewed a "release form" from an insurance carrier and confirmed it was poorly written and I should not sign th...e release. He encouraged me to refuse to sign the release form until the insurance carrier correctly included all of the terms of the settlement. I refused to sign and the insurance carrier revised the release form to include all terms of settlement.

Quick, Valuable advice about a possible legal situation

Mr. Catalano was very helpful in providing me with initial advice regarding a possible legal situation about copyright infringement. He took the time to explain his view about the issue and offered several options on how to deal with it. I was very pleased with his advice and the detail that he went ...into in order to address my situation. I feel Mr. Catalano would be a great attorney for anyone seeking legal services.

Excellent Attorney & Litigator

I have worked with Jim for many years and he has always been a professional and knowledgeable of the law. He is a person that will be straight forward and will not have his clients incur unreasonable or unnecessary costs. Jim defended most of my cases in the Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky a...reas and obtained numerous defense verdicts at trial. Outside of formal litigation, he is beneficial in alternative resolution and bringing cases to closure. I highly recommend Jim Catalano and will retain his services at every opportunity.
