Jim was referred to me by a friend during a very difficult time in my life. Over the next 3 months, Jim was always just a phone call away, either answered me right away or called me back within 5 minutes. Jim discussed the facts of my claim. He was realistic on the settlement amount of a small injury claim. He informed me of the cost and steps on what to expect if I had to file suit. He reviewed a "release form" from an insurance carrier and confirmed it was poorly written and I should not sign th...e release. He encouraged me to refuse to sign the release form until the insurance carrier correctly included all of the terms of the settlement. I refused to sign and the insurance carrier revised the release form to include all terms of settlement.
