Please be very careful with this attorney.I was involved in a tax audit on substantiation of my business expenses and retirement plan contributions.She came across as genuine kind helpful.I trusted and discussed ,then as the deadline approached she called and asked me to pay first - I had no problem ...in paying her but then she stopped responding to my calls and emails.No professional advice or assistance provided.I asked for my initial retainer to be paid back but she refused to do so. I am not here to hurt anyone professionally but at the same time I will like her to return the initial good faith deposit ,in addition please forewarn others to be careful and get clear breakdown of her fees and make not the mistake in blind faith which I Did I made a complaint to bar association.She responded by implicating as if I was trying to evade taxes.This confirms my belief she had no idea about the facts of the case.I am very disappointed that this had to go this way.I have nothing personal against anyone but she violated client attorney relationship.please be careful to discuss and confirm expectations before hiring her.
