Sue Hynds Dunning

I hired Sue Dunning to complete a divorce/ child custody case . What was stated in the initial consultation and what happened during the entire process was two different things. There is still over 75 cconsuand emails placed to Sue Dunning that have not been answered or even responded too. Sue Dunnin...g was advised of everything going on during the case through e-mails and conversations and when speaking with Mrs Dunning on a later date she stated she did not know any of the changes mentioned. Sue Dunning spoke several times about our binding contract for representation and what she would do, Sue has not held up to her side of the legal contract citing multiple reasons to remove herself from the case all in which can be debunked by emails and conversations with her staff. Sue Dunning after completing only one of the many tasks involved in family law. Asked the court to remove herself from the case after using up all the retainer money. I was not informed on most of what was needed on the case to complete the tasks and when she asked for information it was emailed to her directly several times. There were multiple excuses to include stating the information was not correct even though it came from a third party licensed individual. I strongly believe the level of due diligence and time management is not equitable to receive the amount of funds and ratings that has been spent during this process.
