Haley E. Medley

Haley E. (Liss) Medley was raised in Springfield Illinois. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from Brenau University Women’s College in Gainesville, Georgia, where she received the highest academic scholarship. While at Brenau University, she was active in Students in Free Enterprise, and her sorority, Delta Delta Delta. 

Haley received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina. While attending, she was a student attorney in the Nonprofit Organizations Legal Clinic, assisting start-up and existing nonprofit organizations with obtaining 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. Upon graduation, Haley accepted the position of Finance Officer for the Juvenile Court Clerk of Davidson County, Tennessee managing child support payments, trust funds for minor victims of crime, and compliance with various fiscal legislation. After a solo practice in Nashville, and time at another private firm in Goodlettsville, Tennessee focusing on Family Law, Haley is excited to be a part of the Domestic Relations team at Phillips & Ingrum.

Haley is a Rule 31 Listed Family mediator, and enjoys helping people find resolution to their domestic matters outside of the courtroom as well.
