Eric served our case with an incredible amount of professionalism and compassion. Honest, ethical and clear direction was what we found with a very complicated case that had multiple implications. Going into something like this you have an immense amount of fear, his advice left us calm and confident.... In the end we resolved the issue and have been able to move on. Life isn't perfect and in those cases you are lost with what direction to go in, I would pick Eric 10 out of 10 times.

Please do yourself a favor, never hire or refer this attorney, completely unethical and inappropriate unprofessional. I literally don’t know why he’s practicing law. He couldn’t even handle a simple order of protection. He also put my case on the back burner and weaseled his way out one month before ...trial, and not only cost me the case, but also never gave me a resolve. he doesn’t even know how to use his own computer couldn’t download or view any of the files and made me do most the work, practically filling out everything and providing all pictures and evidence to do with the case he literally couldn’t even communicate effectively with attorneys on my behalf. he also celebrated early and continued to congratulate me on how the cases pretty much over the cases already won, all I have to do is this one more thing and ultimately withdraws one month prior to trial he yelled at me he cussed at me I could go on and on with specifics, please keep your hard earned money and do your research this was a terrible experience. I felt very low priority to him. He thought that this case would be easy therefore, he didn’t do everything that he could to get it done. Not only did it cost me $4500 but ultimately left me with court cost and attorney fees totaling over $25,000. He couldn’t even enforce the contract that was given to us absolutely the worst possible experience.

Mr. Davis has been my attorney for over 20 years and have been very pleased with his services. Like most GOOD attorneys, his schedule is hectic and it may be a day before he returns my call. If he knows its urgent, I've had him call me back very promptly. As far as being committed to my legal matters... both personally and business, he has always handled everything very professionally. It also helps that he has never failed to provide excellent legal services to myself and everyone I have recommended to him.
