Yes it’s possible. I would suggest hiring a local criminal attorney immediately so they can work with the district attorney on that.

You shouldn’t have a condition of drug screens on a theft charge. Talk to your lawyer about this.

Ultimately it is up to the parole board on whether to release him or not so there is no 100% guaranteed date.
