He needs to write that Judge in that court and ask to be transported or have the hold lifted. Until that hold is lifted he will not make parole.

Yes they do. If you alter your test in anyway they will charge you with altering a drug test.

You need to hire an attorney immediately. Given a choice between bonding out and hiring an attorney, hire the attorney.
