Employment Law

I have used Tracy Knight as my attorney on two completely unrelated occasions: once for my estate planning, and secondly when I found myself being criticized for my job performance after being sexually assaulted in my workplace. She was fine for my estate planning; I knew what I wanted and she drew... up the necessary paperwork for my will and advanced directive. Where she really excelled, however, was at employment law. She warned me ahead of time that if my employer began to focus on my job performance and then fired me, she could no longer be of assistance. Her predictions were, unfortunately absolutely on the money. My employer began to criticize my job performance and then fired me based upon my performance review. Despite 12 years of successful work, I was forced to retire because I was no longer employed. A lesser attorney would have taken my case (and my money), lost the case, and I would have been much worse off than I am. I am grateful for her integrity, honesty, and knowledge of employment law. She receives my highest recommendation."

My experience with Ms. Knight was great. She helped me understand my rights and the correct way to handle separation and divorce. The process for me was difficult, but she encouraged me and gave me some sound advice and for that I thank her greatly.

Amazing Lawyer Who Helped a Military Spouse Through a Divorce

Tracy Knight helped me and my young son get through a nasty divorce. I was an Army spouse dealing with a cheating husband. I contacted Tracy, I believe, 3 days before Christmas. She made me feel comfortable, actually apologized that I was going through this right before Christmas, and did not come ac...ross that I was bothering her before the holidays. Tracy immediately scheduled me for the next week. Tracy held my hand every step of the way. She counseled me not just on the civilian side of things, but she helped me navigate through the Army side of things. I cannot fully express how much Tracy saved my son and I from our situation. She was not a stuffy lawyer, who did not care what I was going through. Tracy made me feel comfortable and confident in myself and the bright future ahead of me before, during and after the entire divorce process. Being a military spouse, I was far away from family and friends. Tracy made sure that my son and I were safe and was always available if I needed her. She is an amazing lawyer and person! I was blessed to have her on my side during my divorce. Tracy Knight was my son and I's saving grace during this time in our lives and for that I am forever grateful to her! If you are looking for an amazing lawyer, then Tracy Knight is that lawyer! I would not have trusted my case with anyone else. :)
