Does not Deliver
I hired Mr Phillips to submit and represent me in an appeal for an upgrade in my military discharge. I was optimistic on my initial consultation due to his advise. After paying his full fee of 3K, I never received any written communication. Little to no service rendered
"Kenneth James Phillips is a lawyer with boundless energy and great integrity. You can't go wrong with him defending you."
"I endorse attorney Jamie Phillips. I have known Jamie for several years, and we have worked opposite one another on several high profile cases. Jamie is always professional, and he has a strong work ethic and excellent reputation in the legal community. I have personally observed Jamie in court on many occasions. He is an outstanding litigator who fights for his clients and has a long track record of successful results."
"I had cases against Jamie when I was a prosecutor. I always found him well prepared with a full understanding of his case and file. After entering private practice 6 years ago, I relied on Jamie's assistance on matters of military law. In February of 2016, we joined forces to try a court martial on charges of premeditated murder. Thanks to Jamies's assistance, we got our client favorable results. For those reasons and others, I endorse this lawyer."
"I have worked with Jamie on a number of cases, and he knows his stuff. He's smart, hard-working, strong in the courtroom, and honest with his clients. He's a go-to attorney, particularly for military law."
