James potter was my savior. I was a single mother trying to get custody of my daughter back which wasn't going to be easy because the father had a well known attorney I had met James in court saw him on another case and knew I needed him knew he was the attorney to restore my faith and he did just th...at he stated the facts always never makes you question anything he also prays with you when in need :) this man saved my daughters life and doesn't even know it ..... so if you're wanting a top notch attorney please don't pass this man up !!

I sought counsel from Mr. Potter for what I thought was a cut and dry case. Well, it turned into a circus because that one small case turned into multiple cases because of the person I was fighting and his attorney were both,in my opinion, very unethical. Mr. Potter handled every situation he got bli...ndsided with in a manner that gives you security that he's got this and we have to be patient. So when I tell you he's a 5 star attorney, I mean it!!! He handled EVERY situation that he got blindsided with in a calm demeanor and his knowledge of the law just amazes me. He will pick up a book and turn to the page in seconds stating the laws regarding the case.. If he doesn't know the answer to a question,he researches until he finds it and doesn't just tell you what you want to hear, he tells you facts and how he can help you He has had to calm me down (I am a Yankee) more than a few times and he would get me to focus. He doesn't push you to make a decision but he will give you what he feels may be the outcome because of his experience. I just can't say enough about him. One thing I noticed is that he works very hard and I'm sure has multiple cases because he runs around like the energizer bunny. Mr. Potter is very good about returning phone calls,so if he doesn't return your call or email right away it's because he is busy with another client and needs to stay focused with them as you would want him to stay focused with you and he does. He has always gotten back with me even it it was to say "I am in trial, can I call you back ?" Mr. Potter has proven to know the law in and will not mislead you and is ETHICAL!! I will definitely use him again !!!
