scam artist attorney
horrible attorney will take your money and won’t provide legal services and then will write you some bs and tell your stupid. Don’t hire for a cdl he will do everything to help get it taken then keeping it.

Replied last May 22, 2026Alexander Caleb Ricketts went through a stop sign into oncoming traffic, causing a T-bone wreck and totaling the other vehicle. He was clearly the at fault driver and even testified he didn't see the other car despite the other car having the right of way. As a result he was cited for Failure to Yield. He then called Mt. Juliet PD multiple times trying to get the officer fired just for citing him which just infuriated the officer. He also claimed the other driver was drunk (he wasn't, it happened at 8am) and said the officer had corrected the citation to clear him (he didn't). He hired me to try and help him. I appeared in Mt. Juliet City Court for him and we had a bench trial. He was given a fair trial and was convicted. I couldn't change the facts or his behavior. While awaiting trial he was also cited yet again in Metro for a Traffic Lane Restriction. This guy is obviously a horrible driver and was a horrible client. Never do business with him.
