Kyle Fite Mothershead

Kyle did a phenomenal job. He was always responsive and dealt well with my type A personality perfectly. For me it was important to have a connection with my lawyer, which is the original reason I went with Kyle after interviewing several recommended lawyers. The feeling that he was there for me, in ...my case, stuck with me through the entire 9 month process. I never felt like Kyle wavered from his originally assessment of being able to get reduced charges, even when the case became tough. In the end he was able to get the charges reduces and really help me at a time when I needed it. I would say our outcome was quite a success! I can not even begin to state how much I recommend him. I hired Kyle in November of 2013 for a public intoxication and assault/battery charge. I believe I was wrongfully charged with assault. Kyle immediately did a character profile of me and gave me a fair price for his services through general session court. He worked diligently in contacting the DA's o...ffice up until my court date. In addition to preparing his case, Kyle was able to get a judge to waive my appearance at my court date, as I live out of state. On the day of my court date, Kyle was able to get all the charges dismissed without any fines, classes or jail time. He kept me informed during the his preparation of the trial, and even more importantly, the day of, as I could not attend.
