Heather Moore Collins

Heather Collins is a skilled attorney who focuses exclusively on employment civil rights litigation. Unlike many attorneys, Ms. Collins is very selective in the cases she takes on. She picks cases based on merit – working with clients who have been mistreated at their workplace and can find justice through the legal system. Early in her career, she spent many years working for a prestigious law firm in Washington D.C. She eventually became a partner and opened the firm’s Nashville office in 2007. Ms. Collins has been named a Rising Star in the Mid-South region in the field of Plaintiff’s employment law litigation for three consecutive years by Super Lawyers magazine. She was then named a “Super Lawyer’ in 2014 and 2021.
