I hired Mr Sensing to help in getting my current parenting plan modified. I had gone through another lawyer in the Clarksville area and they did not do their due diligence. Mr Sensing and his team were very responsive to any questions and concerns I had and seemed very knowledgeable. I wish I had gon...e through his office originally when I got my divorce. It would have saved me money by getting a quality parenting plan that actually worked for my family the first time. Unlike other lawyers I was able to get ahold of him very easily. Lastly, Mr Sensing is very experienced. He was able to get better results for me than I thought was even possible.

Mr. Sensing was my attorney for both my divorce and my custody case(relocation). He communicated well with me throughout the entire process and explained how things would work. He did his homework and came to trial extremely well prepared in order to get the results we came for. I would not hesitate... to hire him again in the future or recommend people to him. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

In 2012, I had just gotten out of an abusive relationship and sought out legal help to prevent my ex from getting full custody of our child. Justin told me that this was most likely not going to happen because "TN just doesn't do that" and that essentially there was no way I'd get full custody of ou...r child even as her mother and despite evidence that my ex had spoken explicitly to younger females. Being fresh out of an abusive relationship, I believed him and settled for the family care plan he wrote. Essentially I paid 5k for him to file a family care plan and to NOT fight for me. I felt and still do feel completely swindled and have had to hire further legal help so that I can finally have full legal custody of my child. I would not recommend him at all.
