Richard Militana

I used Mr Militana for a Entertainment case. Paid all monies for services upfront, poor decision on my part. Was always poorly prepared and did not win a single motion while representing me. Would be very difficult to communicate with and was constantly making excuses for poor performance. Was not mu...ch I could do since he was prepayed.

I have hired Richard Militana over the years 4 times. Yes he wants the money up front, but he does not bill you thousands each month for no work done, like other attorneys do. When I hire Militana I know my end litigation cost so I can make an informed business decision about the litigation. I wis...hed all attorneys weere required to work this way. Actually his case managment was amazing. Not afraid to go after other attorneys, and make them do the right thing.
