I was referred from someone to this lawyer concerning my court case 2022 November. I paid him huge amount concerning my issues. This lawyer told me it will take 2 months. Here we go is been 11 months now and nothing had been solved. I have regretted 100*** of for choosen him to represent me. I will ...not advise my friends and anyone I know to send his case to this lawyer. You will be ending up depressed, anxiety and stressed. That is what I’m going through now.

I was referred to mr IWU thru a mutual friend to represent my injury claim in April 2018. As mr IWU was representing me I am still waiting for my settlement and it is now nov 2018 as he stated will take approximately 6 to 10 month to get a settlement depending on the request to go higher. I recently ...had issues trying to contact him throughout my time with him about my case and does not respond promptly. I realized that mr IWU had not given me any documentation of what was said I will be getting and when I asked for paper work he only stated that it is on file I only wanted copies for myself but he continued to tell me their on file. I finally got a response from him when I called and asked what my settlement will be and he gave me a great amount which is to my satisfaction but what I have to give him, I would like a little more.. that was offered but he never once asked me if that was good for me he just took upon himself to request a higher amount from other party. And also he never once stated to me in the beginning how much he charging me so when I asked a few weeks ago from today nov 19 2018 about how much he charging he stated 1/3 Percent. I felt that was entirely too high. I would like to get info if I should continue Roth this guy and how do I get somebody else to help me with my settlement because I’m not comfortable wirh how he is handling things. It had been way too long and I would like to get my money owed to me for my injury and therapy. what do I do now that I found out that this guy isn’t very polite? I gave him all of my info and I have assured myself that he will handle it but now I know of his past I’m not sure if the other party will work with him because of his history in his behavior.
