As a prosecutor, I tried this case in which Charles Smith, a serial rapist, was accused of multiple rapes, sexual assaults and child molests. After close to a month in trial, in which there were multi ... ple victims, witnesses and experts testifying, the jury convicted Mr. Smith and he was eventually sentenced to 80 years to life. The amount of the testimony needed to be coordinated and organized, as well as the degree of expert testimony was extensive and has prepared me to better defend you.
