I met for a paid consultation with Mr. Hall on an Estate case that is becoming complicated with issues from Probate having been filed incorrectly, to mis-management from the Estate Personal Representative. He pointed out flaws in how the Probate was handled beyond what I had already determined. He wa...s very knowledgeable of the correct procedures governing estate law and gave very helpful, direct advice. I didn't walk away feeling I had wasted my time. A plan was put in action and although I did not hire him on the spot, I will keep him in mind depending on my personal situation; but I am also considering recommending him to my Aunt for her estate planning.
