Stephanie has stayed loyal to me and patient with me while I’m being really impatient. She is honest and will tell you the truth rather you want to hear it or not. Love that about her! Would recommend her for sure.
Ms. Pollard has assisted my family on several occasions dealing with custody issues with my husband's ex. Each time we have found her to be professional, motivated, and excellent to work with. Ms. Pollard is incredibly knowledgeable and tells it like it is. She won't sugar coat things, which we appreciate. She fights for her clients. We always knew she was in our corner. Ms. Pollard provided us with exemplary legal representation and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
Stephanie is originally from Alabaster, Alabama and graduated from Auburn University in 2002 where she earned a B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Political Science. Stephanie earned her Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law in 2005. At Cumberland, Stephanie was appointed to serve as Assistant Justice on the Henry Upson Simms Moot Court Board and won the “Best Respondent’s Brief” Award in the Shores Appellate Argument Competition. During law school, Stephanie served as a law clerk for Hon. R.A. “Sonny” Ferguson, a domestic relations judge in Jefferson County. The experience with Judge Ferguson made Stephanie realize she wanted to practice in the area of family law/domestic relations.
Stephanie is admitted to practice in Alabama courts and is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, where she remains an active member of the Family Law Section. Stephanie is also a member of the Lee County Bar Association and currently serves as its Secretary. Stephanie actively participates as a member of the Alabama Volunteer Lawyers Program and volunteers with the Wills for Heroes Program. Stephanie is available to assist clients in all Alabama counties, but her practice is primarily focused in East Alabama (Lee, Tallapoosa, Macon, and Chambers counties). Stephanie is a board-certified Family Law Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, which is the highest, most stringent, and most reliable honor an attorney can achieve. In 2018, Stephanie was selected as one of the “10 Best Attorneys” in Alabama for Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. She was previously voted “Best Attorney” in 2010 by the Opelika Auburn News.
Stephanie is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Lee County, and a Benefactor Member of the Auburn University Women’s Philanthropy Board where she has served as a member of the Mentoring Committee and as a Benefactor Member-At-Large on the WPB Executive Committee. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Lee County and previously served on the steering committee for Michelin Development-East Alabama. Stephanie is a board member of the Delta Delta Delta Phi-Theta Chapter House Corporation, where she has previously served as President and Secretary/Treasurer. Stephanie is also a contributor to the Auburn-Opelika Moms Blog.
Stephanie lives in Auburn, Alabama and attends Auburn United Methodist Church, where she is a member of the Children's Council. She enjoys reading, tasting and ranking fried chicken all over the southeast (though she remains steadfast that Seafood and Chicken Box will always have the best fried chicken), attending Auburn University sporting events, and spending time with her family and friends.

Brilliant and Hard Working Lawyer- Do not trust anyone else!!
I hired Stephanie a few years ago when she used to work at the Brady firm. It was clear when I met her that she was the one who did the work over there. I always heard Berverley was really good, but Stephanie is better(as Pep Melton told me)! As a man, I never thought I would get visitation. I was wrong! Stephanie was thorough, hard working, caring AND- she never backed down!! After she destroyed my wife in Court and when I saw she moved firms, I had to write this review. I heard she recently was hired by McCollum & Wilson in Auburn and I'll continue to use Stephanie for any of my family issues. Because of her excellent work and my wife's mental and alcohol issues that were brought out by Stephanie in Court, my wife has minimal to little visitation and I received substantial alimony payments. FYI, Pep Melton originally sent me to her and told me to specifically hire her- I cannot thank him enough!!

Ms. Pollard
I needed an attorney , Ms. Pollard was referred to me. Ms. Pollard took my case, answered all my questions , in a very timely manner. She was honest from the beginning , even though some of the answers were not what I wanted to hear. I would recommend Ms. Pollard to all my friends and family.

"Stephanie Pollard is the only NBTA (National Board of Trial Advocacy) certified "Family Law" attorney in Lee County, AL(There are only a few in the entire State). She is caring, hard- working, and dedicated to her clients. Other attorneys realize that her legal writing and courtroom skills are excellent.
She is able to obtain great results for her clients because other attorneys do not want to face her in the courtroom. I fully endorse this attorney and and would trust her with any family law situation."
