Appeal from Lee County Circuit Court - unwed mother filed petition seeking custody of child. Order that Florida order establishing paternity conferred continuing, exclusive jurisdiction in the Florida ... court and dismissed the action. Mother appealed. (UCCJEA, paternity, child support) I represented Father in Lee County Circuit Court and successfully had case dismissed. When Mother appealed, I represented Father on appeal and was successful in receiving an affirmed opinion from the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals.
