RUN!!!

All I wanted was basically to clear my name as much as possible, so I could attain my ministry credentials after my wife's affair, her self-admitted decades of abuse and religious persecution and now divorce. People in church circles tend to frown on frivolous divorces. During the initial consultat...ion, it felt more like a conversation with warmth and information... afterward it became a gradual nightmare. My wife personally wrote 25+ pages confessing what she had done in our marriage in great detail. It was rightly called "incriminating" in the initial consultation with Mary Kristen. One of my wife's confessions is literally the breakdown of our marriage is 100% her fault, among other confessions of tricking me into marriage, admissions of abuse and neglect, persecution, and admitting to continually playing the victim (while being the abuser) to avoid personal responsibility. In forensics, it would be the equivalent of finding a murder confession tacked to the victim with the actual murder weapon saying, "I did it!" and then listing the exact reasons and motives. As someone wanting to acquire their ministry credentials and went for help with the smoking gun still smoking...everything was treated like some cold calculating math problem instead of anything remotely personal or human. I was told that 25-30 pages of personal letters from my wife were "incriminating" during the initial consultation and then after I was passed to someone I didn't know...thereafter... the overwhelming amount of supporting evidence, with literal confessions were treated as inconsequential. After our last meeting where I had given numbers to the points that I wanted to discuss (trying to nail her feet to the fire after previous attempts for simple coherent answers during our previous discussion and emails), with one of them being the vast amount of evidence that the failure of our marriage wasn't my fault....and once again, actual supporting evidence written by the person who defrauded me into marriage, persecuted me for being a Christian, abused and neglected me to get a "high" and feel "peace" for hurting me...with all this written down by my wife's own hand...and the attorney assigned to me simply brushed it under the rug again during our last overpriced session. RUN!!! If you are needing genuine help instead of something that you could have gotten for free from legal services in your town...RUN!!! I needed someone to fight for my name, so I could attain my ministry credentials based on the truth of what happened in our marriage, instead, she's refused to even look at the evidence. Nothing about one email or phone call let me know that this person had actually looked at the vast body of evidence. The reason I chose this attorney was because the evidence for what happened in my marriage was deemed incriminating. Now I'm receiving overpriced bills when nothing has been done to clear my name so I can have a future and acquire my ministry credentials. Zero. How often does someone have such extensive evidence from the person who tricked them into marriage under false pretenses, abused and neglected them to get a "high", and even persecuted them in the very exact words of the persecutor? I gave all the money I had to get help, and I have been ignored, condescended to, and I'm getting exorbitant bills...and nothing at all has been done to clear my name so it won't hurt my future in ministry. RUN!!! Don't live the nightmare that I have these last two months, after surviving 21 years of abuse, and seeking help, to being passive aggressively treated like the problem! RUN!!! Now I’ll probably end up fighting with the person whom I hired to fight “for” me, or they’ll resort to “fighting” me in the comments or replies to my review…instead of putting any of that “fight” into helping someone with extensive evidence of abuse and marital fraud who needed their help. RUN NOW!!!
