I don't know how you can trust an attorney if she can tell you upfront her hourly rate range. I was searching for a divorce attorney, I spoke to her assistant, the assistant told me that she doesnt' know the attorney's hourly rate, not even a range. The assistant told me that I will be charged $150 f...or consultation, then the attorney would determine how much she would charge me. I can't trust an attorney who doesn't want to tell a potential client how much charge would be.
